I am the Homeowner's association president for Highpoint. Highpoint is a single home development in Fletcher Hills near Grossmont College. We have been most fortunate over ten years to have Castle Breckebridge Management as our property manager. I have known the partner, John Kalas, for all these years. Our property manager, Sheri White-Newton is perhaps the most knowlegeable person in this field I have ever met.

They have a fine tuned staff that is knowledgeable in all areas of property management. Their response time to problems is immediate. Their contacts in areas of legal, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc., have all been noteworthy in every respect.
