James Bennett is a community association manager for Castle Breckenridge Management with the CCAM designation and an Associate of Arts Degree. He has been very involved in the industry specifically as a member of the Vision Magazine Editorial Committee for CACM.

James believes in the management philosophy that says, "You must solve concerns as they come in . . . prioritize the large items and communicate to the Board members."

He has been published in CACM’s Vision Magazine with two articles entitled: Oil Prices Spread to Services and Teleconferencing. Aside from managing and writing for trade magazines, Bennett enjoys his dog Bini and spends free time woodburning, playing computer games and reading.
