Eris Alcos is the Executive Assistant to Jim Barta. He assists Jim in the operation and management of 10 Homeowner Associations located in Rancho Santa Fe and throughout San Diego County.

With over 5 years experience in property management, Alcos is currently a student at Southwestern College, majoring in Paralegal Studies. He will soon attend National University to enroll in their Pre-Law Bachelor degree program.

Management Philosophy: "To work effectively with each member of an Association toward the common goal of maintaining the property at its best and providing a better quality of living for its members."

Music is one of Eris’ greatest passions. He plays the piano and composes music and lyrics. He enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming, running, snorkeling, and any excuse to be on the beach! His charitable endeavors involve the MS Walk, Walk for Hope to Cure Breast Cancer, & AIDS Walk San Diego, and he volunteers at Special Delivery, an organization which helps feed homebound AIDS and HIV patients. Most of all, he loves spending time with family. He says, "My biggest goal in life is to be the best version of myself that I can be; a hard worker, a loving and supportive family man, and someone who gives back to the community."
