As a longtime homeowner and resident of California Terrace, I am compelled to share my feelings about my neighborhood.  I have recently noticed some positive changes.  From the trimmed trees, updated sign and area landscaping on Bay Meadows, bulleting board/postings at the mailboxes, lighting at the park (where my daughter and I have enjoyed many hours over the years), updated paint colors and some individual contemporary design changes, I honestly believe that our community looks better than it has as long as I've lived here.  I appreciate the effort that is being made to improve our surroundings and to help make California Terrace a nicer place to live.  These things were actually accomplished with a slight decrease in our Association Dues.  In a world where people are quick with their criticisms and negativity, I wanted to let you know how happy I am with what I've seen.
