Susan Boles is a member in good standing with the California Association of Community Managers and is the most recent addition to the Castle Breckenridge family of managers. In mid-2010, she became the assistant to the leading portfolio manager at Castle Breckenridge after completing her college internship program through Cuyamaca College's Real Estate Department.

Susan has a diversified work history that exemplifies her skills as a portfolio manager.

While working full time at AT&T, Susan earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and acquired an additional Associates Degree in General Studies.

After accepting early retirement, Susan found herself working as a Visitor Assistance Officer at the San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park where she was able to demonstrate one of her best skills, staying cool and focused under pressure. Susan was trapped in the Park's elevator with 13 other individuals for more than 45 minutes before being rescued by the fire department. As the only staff member of the Park on the elevator, she stayed in communication with the rescue crew and kept the passengers from panicking. Her calm manner reassured them that help was a matter of minutes away.

After three years with the Wild Animal Park, Susan was determined to return to the professional work environment that she missed. The Real Estate Department at Cuyamaca College attracted her interest and the rest is history as she completed the necessary coursework to qualify for the Real Estate Department's college internship program.

Susan has lived in San Diego County her entire adult life and is very familiar with the different communities around the county. She has participated in various community events from the time she graduated high school, i.e. The Annual American Heart Association's Heart Walk and the Fairest of the Fair Contest for the Del Mar Fair.
