Castle Breckenridge Management is proud to introduce Margie Richter as a member of our team. Margie comes to our firm with over 20 years in the property management industry, in which, she has focused on Community Association Management for the past nine years. Margie has earned her Certified Community Association Manager designation, in completing coursework for Common Interest Development certification as a California Community Association Manager (CACM). Additionally, she is working to earn her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Association Institute (CAI). Besides holding professional designations, Margie has many years of hands-on experience in the management of Community Associations. Since her first foray into the property management field, as a regional manager of rental properties in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Florida in the 1980’s, Margie began focusing on Community Associations in 1999.
California Community Association Managers, CCAM® designation as a Certified Community Manager since 2003.
MILLER SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE earning and continue to maintain a designation for a CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE, since 1996.
Margie is experienced in assisting the Board of Directors to gain knowledge and understand their function as Directors of a non-profit corporation that also happens to be their community and in several instances their home. As the Association’s agent she believes that the information given should be clearly understood, after all, it’s not what a Manager says, but what the Board or homeowners hear that become very important. She knows how to obtain the information necessary and disseminate all important information to help Board members and homeowners realize the primary goal is to protect, maintain and enhance their investment as she builds a relationship based on trust with all and achieves desired results even with each special situation knowing when to ask other professionals to assist in the greater challenges.
Her detail-oriented, organized “getting the job done” attitude assures that she will work with your association with urgency, courtesy and professionalism. Since 1999, Margie has increased her knowledge, experience and contributed to the Common Interest Development industry as she manages Condominium, Condominium Conversions, Single-Family and PUD Homeowners Associations and several commercial properties. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, collections and the review and repair of all maintenance components of properties.
Over her property management career, Margie has been honored several times for her contributions to her field. She has been recognized for creating the “Best Newsletter”, has been named “Manager of the Year” twice and even “Employee of the Year”.
As a valued member of the Castle Breckenridge staff, she will be happy to be representing your association.
