Teresa is a new community association manager for Castle Breckenridge, but has a portfolio of 8 associations. She has been managing homeowner associations for nearly 10 years and recently completed all of the requirements for her CACM certification.
Her management philosophy is to be honest at all times. If she doesn’t know the answer to a problem, she lets her associations know and then go out and find the answer as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Teresa lives in South San Diego with her husband. They just recently became “empty nesters” after raising 5 kids and they’re enjoying every quiet moment! Her activities include attending The Rock Church in Point Loma on Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings and volunteering her time at the church whenever possible. She enjoys spending time with her family and her 7 grandkids, taking walks on the beach, gardening, and catching a good movie every now and then.
