Community Association Manager

Oversee a diverse portfolio with needs such as deferred maintenance, aggressive Reserves funding, budget drafting, Annual Disclosures disbursements, conduct regular Executive and General Session Board meetings as well as Annual Meetings, prepare monthly financial reports, approve monthly delinquent statements, answer and return all phone calls, provide transparency to all Board members and homeowners, assist realtors as needed, retrieve proposals from reputable vendors to complete major projects, and perform various tasks at the direction of the Board.

Process collections procedures in accordance to California Civil Code 1367 and attend Small Claim Court hearings as well as perform regular correspondences with legal counsel to ensure all monies owed are collected, perform regular maintenance inspections, draft and follow up on work orders, pay invoices and authorize work requests as needed.

Oversee 19 homeowner beach- and bay-front homeowner associations in accordance to California Civil Codes, budget maintenance, Annual Disclosures, conduct meetings, prepare financial reports, and draft Management Agreements for new clientele, perform portfolio maintenance, order processing, account receivables and payables, and marketing of vacant units.
