Julie Howell is a community association manager for Castle Breckenridge Management. She has earned her NBC-CAM, the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.
Julie has the management philosophy that, "Every HOA is deserving of my best effort and management experience and skills."
Synchronized swimming, cooking and music are enjoyed in Howell’s free time along with being a positive influence on her grandchildren. She also contributes to the Republican Issues Committee, Cancer Society, Swift Boat Association, and the VFW.
