Ms. Debra Dailey was introduced to community association life in 1999 when she was elected to the Architectural Committee and, then, to the Homeowners Association Board of Directors where she lives in La Jolla, California. Debra has been with Castle Breckenridge Management since January 2005 and has earned the following industry designations:
California Association of Community Managers (CACM®) designation as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM)
Western Manufactured Housing Association (WMA®) designation as a Manufactured Housing Community Manager (MCM)
Community Associations Institute (CAI®) designation as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate
Ms. Dailey is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration [Finance] and a Minor in Educational Technology.

Debra is experienced in handling all facets of property management relating to Common Interest Developments and takes her Agent/Principal responsibilities very seriously. By providing as complete information as possible, along with professional guidance for those that she represents; communities will be enabled to feel confident in their decisions. She believes accurate communication and timely follow through are the keys to building a trusted relationship with the Board of Directors, owners and vendors.
With her years in this industry as well as in the medical profession as a First-Surgical Assistant, Debra has proven that working in the spirit of cooperation; successful partnerships are created which will ultimately benefit the communities. Each Association is special in its needs, and as the Property and Community Association Manager, she is committed to providing the service and continuity needed to increase asset value and provide a quality living environment for owners and residents.
