Caterra worked as an Administrative Assistant for a cumulative 4 years before being promoted to a Manager and has completed the courses for the CCAM Certification as well as being an active member of CAI. She is also currently taking classes to gain her DRE License and working toward her PCAM Certification. Outside of the office she holds an elected position with the 77th District Democratic Central Committee, as well as a Proxy as a Delegate for the Democratic Party and is actively involved in her children's schools.
