Mr. James Bennett started his career in community association in 2001 when he was hired as an assistant at Castle Breckenridge Management. James has been with Castle Breckenridge Management since 2001 and has earned the following designations:
California Association of Community Managers (CACM) designation as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM)
Mr. Bennett is a graduate of Mesabi Community College with an Associates of Arts in Accounting and has taken additional classes from Bemidji State University in Business Administration. Mr. Bennett also graduated from Hibbing Area Vocational – Technical Institute majoring in Computer Programming.
James is experienced in handling the day-to-day activities of managing all facets of Common Interest Developments and takes his Agent responsibilities very seriously. Mr. Bennett believes in helping the Board of Directors hire the most competent vendors for projects to ensure that maintenance does not become deferred, therefore; helping to reduce costs for the associations that he manages. Complete fiscal management for the associations is what needs to be maintained in order to ensure a solid community. Each association has its own special needs and these are addressed through solid, accurate financial management.
With his years in the industry, communication with the Board of Directors and the owner/residents to resolve issues is paramount to ensure a happy and growing community along with upkeep of maintenance to keep the fiscal issues in check and a beautiful community and increased property values for all. All of this provides for a quality living environment for all residents.
